In the morning of 12/01/2015, the delegation from Kobe International Japanese Language School, Japan led by Mr.Kinoshita Kazumasa, chairman of board of directors, paid a visit to College of Technology – The University of Danang (CT-UD).

At the meeting, Assoc.Prof. Phan Cao Tho, rector of CT-UD briefed on the history and development, the training and international cooperation activities of the college, in which the relationship between CT-UD and Japanese partners (Anan National College, ME.Corp...) has always been attached importance. According to him, the cooperation between the college and foreign companies has motivated students for better learning that increases employment opportunities for students after graduation. This is the reason why Assoc.Prof. Phan Cao Tho suggested cooperation establishment between the two sides.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Kinoshita Kazumasa made brief introduction about Kobe International Japanese Language School. The school provides not only Japanese language education for foreigners to participate in learning and working in Japan, but also introduces enrolled students and graduated students from this school to work in Japanese companies both in Japan and Vietnam. Being director of the two prestigious companies Kinoshita Industrial Co., Ltd. and Kinoshita Kinzou Showten Co., Ltd. in Japan, Kinoshita Kazumasacho revealed that the companies can transfer technology in field of water treatment for CT-UD with a view to help the college develop partnerships with Japanese companies and businesses on one hand and help Japanese companies consume products in Vietnam on the other hand. In addition, he also has special relationship with Japanese companies in Osaka and Kobe.
Following Mr. Kinoshita Kazumasa’s word, Ms. Yamamoto Satomi - Rector of Kobe International Japanese Language School showed that Kansai Business Association, Japan was expanding investment in Vietnam resulting in a great demand for human resources. For this reason, the school wanted to collaborate with colleges and universities in Vietnam to provide training and recruit manpower for companies of Japan.According toher, there were many forms of personnel recruitment, but the form of learning Japanese at Kobe International Japanese Language School and recommendation by the college werethe most reliable ways. “Students who learn Japanese at Kobe International Japanese Language School will be recommended part-time job in the companies in order to afford living in Japan and be able to work officially in these companies after that” said Ms. Yamamoto Satomi.Students of the partners of Kobe International Japanese Language Schoolwillbe in the case for the appropriate preferential treatment.
The two sides agreed to further exchange information about manpower recruitment of Kobe International Japanese Language School for CT-UD students.
Based on the successful discussion, leaders of the sides were unanimous in signing Memorandum of Understanding in the short time to come.
