That application was introduced at the meeting between leaders of the University of Danang (UD) and representatives from the Institution For A Global Society Asia in the morning of December 14th, 2016.

Accordingly, thanks to artificial intelligence, people can write out customized products to serve their own needs and that product is achieved through the technology of artificial intelligence.
With an aim to help students to seek business that fit their capabilities, leading to love work, the Company of Institution For A Global Society (IGS) has introduced a smart application on mobile phone namely GROW.
Reportedly, Mr. Masahiro Fukuhara - Former CEO of Barclays Global Investors, founded IGS in 2010. With the main business of software, the Company has received $ 3.5 million of investment from the University of Tokyo Edge Capital and Science Investment Fund of Tokyo University. In addition, the Company also organizes training courses on critical thinking skills, problem solving, presentation; capacity training as leadership skills, career preparation skills and language courses (English and Japanese).

At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Quang Vinh said that one of the problems of the Vietnamese students today is "job-skipping". The main reason is that employees are not compatible to integrate into the business environment. Therefore, this app will certainly be very useful for the students who are going to graduate.
