Yokohama National University, Japan is known as one of the top universities in Japan and a dynamic, professional learning environment that attracts a large number of international students. At the meeting, Dr. Dao Thi Thanh Phuong, UFLS Vice Rector, gave a brief introduction about UFLS and emphasized: “UFLS always attaches great importance to expanding cooperation with training institutions around the world. Japan has been one of the strategic partners of UFLS for a long time. Therefore, UFLS hopes to establish effective cooperation with Yokohama National University. On the basis of mutual understanding and desires, the two sides discussed and explored a number of opportunities for cooperation and agreed to soon realize these goals.”
Prof. Ogawa Yoshimi, Prof. Kawano Toshiyuki from Japanese Department of Yokohama National University then attended a conference with lecturers from the Department of Japanese - Korean - Thai of UFLS in order to find out some solutions to the development of Japanese language promotion in the future.
