In the morning of December 6, 2019, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - President of The University of Danang (UD) had a meeting with the delegation of Fulltime System Company, Japan led by the Chairman of the Board of Management, the founder of Hara Koichiro Company. Attending the meeting were Mr. Hara Shuhei - Deputy Director, Dr. Cao Xuan Tuan – Director of Administration Department (UD) and Dr. Hoang Hai – Director of International Cooperation Department (UD).

At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu – President of UD, shared the strategy of developing high-quality human resource training and scientific research in the direction of strengthening international publication associated with the application and technology transfer, promoting cooperation with businesses, in which, Japanese enterprises are considered as the reliable and top priority partner. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu acknowledged and highly appreciated the cooperation between Fulltime System Company, Japan and the member universities and member units of UD since the visit of the Company's leaders in late June, initially implemented a cooperation agreement with the University of Technology and Education – UD, which has great potential in training and application-oriented research.

Talking with UD's leaders at the meeting, Mr. Hara Koichiro-Chairman of the Board of Management of Fulltime System Company shared about the development investment project, expanding the scope of activities in Da Nang city, accordingly, the Company has just opened new branch offices, developed investment projects in the field of high technology and wished to recruit personnel in the electrical, electronic and telecommunication, information technology engineers, etc. Fulltime System Company has also deployed cooperation in training and development of human resources for engineering and technology with the University of Technology and Education - UD, focused on fostering foreign languages and soft skills to prepare students for participating in recruitmentimmediately after graduation, meeting the human resource requirements for future development projects of the Company as well as providing for domestic and international labor market, especially in the context that Japanese enterprises are in need of young and high quality labor.

At the end of the meeting, in the atmosphere of understanding, sincerity and trust, the leaders of both sides expressed their satisfaction and confidence in the comprehensive development of cooperation between the University and businesses to promote the potentials and strengths of each side. The Chairman of Fulltime System Company, Japan pledged to continue to support the UD’s member universities and member units so that UD’s students have more opportunities to practice and work in the professional environment of the Company as well as other Japanese businesses. The President of UD acknowledged the goodwill of the partner and at the same time assigned the relevant departments to actively implement effectively in order to soon actualize the cooperative orientations that leaders of the two sides agreed in arrival time.
