At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Quang Son - Vice President of UD welcomed the delegation of Jesco Asia, Japan to visit and work, introduced the outstanding results and information about UD in recent years, thereby confirming UD specially attached importance to the traditional and friendly cooperative relations with Japanese partners. The Vice President of UD introduced the Japanese Center - UD to be the contact point to connect, deploy cooperation as well as to effectively continue promoting the cooperation between the university and businesses, focusing on training, effectively using of human resources, giving students many opportunities for internships, jobs and career development in the future.

Talking with UD's leader, Mr. Matsumoto Toshihiro - Head of delegation of Jesco Asia Company, Japan expressed his pleasure to visit and work with UD and thanked UD's leaders for the warmly welcomed delegation. Representatives of Jesco Asia, Japan shared the information and needs that businesses were interested in and hoped that the two sides would discuss opportunities of cooperation in training and human resources supply, especially in high-tech industries, under which Jesco Asia has been proposing JICA to consider and approve the ODA project to have the opportunity to coordinate with UD and Japanese universities (University of Industry and Tenri University) to open a LAB room to train and design the BIM 3D software in the field of construction, architecture for students. Representatives of Jesco Asia, Japan highly appreciated UD's training quality and announced that the Company will continue to award annual scholarships to UD's students expected on January 13, 2020.

In the atmosphere of trust and understanding, the leaders of the two sides acknowledged the proposals and orientations of joint cooperation in the coming time, entrusted the concerned departments to continue implementing and concretizing according to the contents that the leaders agreed, thereby promoting a closer and more effective cooperation in training and recruiting human resources.
