On the morning of July 18, University of Economics - The University of Danang (DUE-UD) solemnly held the Graduation Ceremony for postgraduate students for the 1st batch of 2020 for 01 new PhD and 173 new masters, among those are 12 new masters from Laos. Attending the ceremony, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan - Rector of DUE-UD, representatives of functional departments of UD; administrators and representatives of the DUE-UD's departments, faculties, centers and lecturers with all graduate students and their relatives.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan - Rector of DUE-UD sent his congratulations to all new PhDs and masters who were honored to receive this degree. Rector Nguyen Manh Toan highly appreciated the achievements of the new PhDs and masters today thanks to the continuous efforts of lecturers and students in all faculties of learning and scientific research at the university. Especially, students must perform thesis and dissertation research in the context of COVID-19 pandemic’s impact. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Manh Toan believes and wishes the new PhDs and masters will continue to reach success, contribute intelligence and effort to the society, thereby contributing to improving the prestige and promoting the good traditions of DUE-UD.

At the Graduation Ceremony of the first batch in 2020, the University had a total of 01 new graduate from Development Economics and 173 new masters from 06 majors including: Accounting (10); Development Economics (24), Economic Management (67), Business Administration (44), Banking and Finance (26), Philosophy (02). 06 students with outstanding achievements in the training process were honored to be awarded by the University.
