UD’s Leaders and

NIC, was built in Hoa Lac, Hanoi (from January 2021 with a total investment of about 750 billion VND) to implement the spirit of Resolution No. 52-NQ/TW of the Politburo on several proactive policies to participate in the 4.0 Industrial Revolution; was expected to be a place to gather, lead and connect to develop the innovation ecosystem for the whole country.
