Looking back at 2024: The University of Danang actively participated in the Partnership for Higher Education Reform (PHER) Project

Recently, The University of Danang (UD) has proactively hosted and successfully coordinated the Preliminary Review of the Partnership for Higher Education Reform (PHER) Project for the period 2022-2024 of the top 3 universities in Vietnam (including UD and 02 Vietnam National Universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) with international partners from the United States (learn more here).

In the past year, a series of  seminars, training, meetings  organized at UD that brought many opportunities and values ​​to improve the capacity of staff and lecturers, contributing to creating a solid foundation in the process of internationalization of university education, such as: Training on scientific integrity and research ethics; Deploying the Training Programs Monitoring System; Training on Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment in Education and Research; Training source lecturers on integrated training methods; Training on building online training courses and training on replicating integrated training methods; Piloting implementation the Evaluation System for managers and lecturers according to the KPI Index... thereby achieving many practical and useful results on the pillars for sustainable development.

Let's look back at 2024 with many activities implemented in diverse forms, rich, practical and effective in content at UD within the framework of the PHER Project.

The activities and positive contributions of UD not only help exploit the potential and internal strength of UD’s member universities, affiliated units, but also affirm and enhance the role, prestige and position of UD in the Vietnamese university education system, pioneering integration with regional and world university education.
