Working sessions in the external assessment according to CTI
The PFIEV program is a training cooperation project between the two governments of the French Republic and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam which is implemented at UD-DUT since 1999 in Automation (in cooperation with The Grenoble Institute of Technology). Then, UD-DUT continued to open the Industrial Informatics major (in collaboration with The Grenoble Institute of Technology) in 2007 and Software Engineering (in collaboration with Aix-Marseille University Institute of Technology) in 2011.

The PFIEV program is designed following the curriculum and training program of Engineers of France with a 5-year training period. The training programs are taught in French and English. The outstanding training quality and reputation of PFIEV programs is clearly shown in the 93% of graduates having jobs (after 3 months of graduation) and more than 97% (after 1 year of graduation), in which more than 10% of PFIEV students have opportunities to receive scholarships to study abroad for postgraduate training in advanced countries.

The PFIEV Degree is recognized as equivalent to a master's degree in Europe and France, as well as also recognized as equivalent to a master's degree when applying for higher training program by the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training
All three PFIEV training programs of UD-DUT have been recognized to meet the European quality according to CTI standards since 2004 and have been continuously re-accredited every 05 years.
