In an atmosphere of openness and mutual understanding, both parties discussed and proposed key areas of cooperation, including: training high-quality human resources in fields of mutual interest and potential; advocating for the Russian government to increase scholarships for students and trainees to access advanced education; jointly organizing academic and cultural exchange seminars; and establishing joint research groups in priority areas.
