Internationally renowned speakers included Prof. Yo-Ping Huang (National Taipei University of Technology), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emanuele Giovanni Carlo Ogliari (Politecnico di Milano), Prof. Jean-François Ganghoffer (University of Lorraine), Prof. Wai Yie Leong (INTI International University), and Dr. Gnanajeyaraman Rajaram (Saveetha school of Engineering).
With Vietnam’s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, the Conference highlighted the vital role of new technologies, renewable energy, and smart urban development in addressing global challenges such as climate change and environmental pollution.

In his opening remarks, Rector Nguyen Le Hung underscored the conference’s significance as a platform for international collaboration and knowledge exchange, contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee honored scientists who have contributed to the development of ATiGB: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Cao Tho, founder of ATiGB (since 2015), and Prof. Yo-Ping Huang, who played a key role in including ATiGB proceedings in the IEEE Xplore database since 2020.

The plenary session featured three keynote scientific presentations:
1. Development of Predictive Multiphysical Models of Architected Materials and Metamaterials - Prof. Jean-François Ganghoffer (University of Lorraine);
2. Applications of AIoT to Green Energy Industry - Prof. Yo-Ping Huang (National Taipei University of Technology);
3. Machine Learning for Renewable Energy: Improving Solar Radiation Nowcasting - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emanuele Giovanni Carlo Ogliari (Politecnico di Milano).
This year’s conference featured nine specialized technical sessions, reflecting its growing scope and impact. Out of 269 submitted papers from nearly 800 authors worldwide, 172 were selected for publication in IEEE Xplore, and 34 were included in the National Scientific Conference Proceedings.
