Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology - UD launched VJIT Space

The Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), a member of the University of Danang (UD), in collaboration with NiX Education, officially Launches the Vietnam-Japan Innovation and Technology Space (VJIT Space) on May 28, 2025.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Cong Phap - Rector of VKU, this event marks a new milestone in the university-business cooperation between VKU and NiX Education, a partnership that has been underway since 2022.
VKU leadership expressed deep appreciation for NiX Education’s partnership, emphasizing that VJIT Space is equipped with modern facilities and technology to meet the needs of students for academic exchange, research, and connection.

The center is expected to host a range of activities, including academic seminars, technology showcases, and cultural exchange events, particularly strengthening ties between Vietnam and Japan. It will also welcome industry professionals to share real-world experience and mentor students, enhancing their employability and global perspective.

According to Mr. Mori Takero - Consul General of Japan in Danang, the cooperation model between VKU and Japanese enterprises highlights the growing need for closer ties and the vast potential for further collaboration in the future.
The launch of VJIT Space not only provides a creative learning environment for students but also stands as a model for cultural, technological, and people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia - CEO of NiX Education, praised VKU’s dynamism and international integration, noting the initial success of collaborative training programs such as the Vietnamese-Japanese bilingual curriculum.

The inauguration of VJIT Space is expected to create more opportunities for students, especially those enrolled in bilingual software engineering and technology programs, equipping them with professional expertise, essential skills, and Japanese language proficiency (N3, N2 levels) to meet the demands of both domestic and international business communities.
