On January 15, 2021, the University of Danang (UD) in collaboration with the JFE Steel Corporation (Japan) held the Scholarship Presentation Ceremony for the UD’s students.

The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has issued a decision to reward 34 public universities for having many scientific articles that were published in prestigious international journals in 2020. The University of Danang (UD) is ranked 3rd with 311 articles (with a total reward of 960 million VND).

On the occasion of the 71st traditional anniversary of Students’ Day and the Vietnam National Union of Student (January 9, 1950 – January 9, 2021), the University of Danang (UD) had 4 students who were honored to receive the January Star Award, 3 groups and 8 students won the title of “Students of 5 merits” at central level.

On January 8, 2021, University of Economics - The University of Danang (UD) successfully organized the Vietnam Conference on Accounting & Auditing 2020 (VCAA-2020) with the topic: “Converging national accounting standards with international accounting standards”
