On the morning of June 28, 2020, the University of Danang (UD) concluded in the closing ceremony of the Training Workshop "Practicing of building and self-assessment of training programs for education quality accreditation". 

On the morning of June 27, 2020, VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education, the University of Danang (UD-VNUK) solemnly held the Graduation Ceremony for students at the Conference Hall of Danang Administration Center.

On June 22, at the American Center of the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, a group of students from the University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (Dam Tien, Ba Thang, Da Thao, Le Nha and Nhan Tam) were honored to be named the first winner of the Engineering Projects in Community Services (EPICS) Contest in 2020 for students of Vietnamese universities (technical and technological sector) with the project of versatile life jacket products (sCoat).

On June 22, 2020, the Hessen State Representative Office and the World University Support Organization of Germany (WUS) solemnly held the Scholarship Award Ceremony of the Hessen State Ministry for Higher Education, Research & the Arts and WUS for 41 students of the Central Region (5,400,000 VND/student).

Recently, Tran Phuoc Bao Thu and Pham Nguyen Hong Ngoc – two alumni of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Science and Technology, the University of Danang (UD)– have had their research published in the Elsevier’s famous international journal of Science of the Total Environment.
