In the middle of August 2020, the member universities of the University of Danang (UD) have implemented the 2020 - 2021 new school year plan which promptly issued many practical support policies for current students.

Recently, University of Education – the University of Danang (UED-UD) had added a scholarship package "The living expenses support" with the cost of 02 billion VND to new students in the academic year 2020-2021.

On the morning of May 18, Prof. Dr. Phung Xuan Nha - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam cum Secretary of Personnel Board cum Minister of Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and the senior delegation paid a courtesy visit and worked with the University of Danang (UD) on the development strategy in the new phase.

Recently, the VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK) - UD has successfully manufactured the disinfection chamber to prevent Covid-19. This disinfection chamber has been created by PhD. Dang Duc Long.
