At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Bac welcomed the delegation of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in HCMC to visit the UD and exchange cooperation opportunities in the fields that both sides have strengths.

In the afternoon of June 3rd, 2020, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - President of the University of Danang (UD) welcomed and worked with leaders of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), including PhD. Nghiem Vu Khai - Vice Chairman, member of the 14th National Assembly and Ms. Duong Thi Nga - Head of the International Cooperation Department. Attending was Mr. Huynh Phuoc - Vice Chairman of the Danang Union of Science and Technology Associations (DUSTA).

On the morning of May 28, 2020, University of Science and Technology-The University of Danang (DUT-UD) had a meeting with Hitachi Systems Vietnam Co., Ltd. on building a smart laboratory - "Smart lab 4.0". Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Quang Vinh - Rector of DUT-UD presided over the meeting and worked with the delegation.         

The meeting also drew the participation of Prof. Dr. Bui Van Ga – former Deputy Minister of Education and Training and former President of the UD, Prof. Dr. Tran Van Nam – former President of the UD, as well as all member of the Council.

On May 26, the University of Danang (UD)’s University of Technology and Education transferred its UV light disinfection robot to the Danang General Hospital in an attempt to prevent and control the Covid-19.
