Employment policy pay scale equity 2024

The University of Danang (UD) strictly complies with the provisions of the law on wage equality, especially the principle of non-discrimination between genders in salary payment.

Labor Law (Article 90, Clause 3) (issued on  20/11/2019, published on https://pbgdpl.udn.vn/View.aspx?id=37447&tr=g7vn250255248248255251246253VBQPPL): "Employers must ensure equal pay, without gender discrimination, for employees performing work of equal value."

The Internal expenditure regulations of the UD (issued on 29/04/2021, published on https://pbgdpl.udn.vn/View.aspx?id=37349&tr=g7vn254252249249255257246257VBNBo) are built on this principle, committed to ensuring fairness in salary scales and other incomes for all officials and employees. This monitoring and measurement is carried out through the human resource management system and periodic reporting, ensuring transparency and publicity in salary policy.
