- International Cooperation & Sustainable Development: UD participates in the Partnership for Higher Education Reform (PHER) project, funded by USAID (United States Agency for International Development). This project aims to promote sustainable growth and improve the quality of higher education, indirectly enhancing climate response research capacity.

- Climate Knowledge Exchange: University of Economics - UD coordinated with AVSE Global (Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts Global) and Massey University (New Zealand) to co-organize the International Conference on Climate Change 2024 (VSCT-2024), creating a forum for in-depth professional exchange on climate issues.

- Environmental training workshop: University of Science and Education - UD collaborated with the local NGO, GreenViet (GreenViet Biodiversity Conservation Centre) organized a training workshop for local students on wildlife protection legislation on July 11, 2024, in Dien Ban District, Quang Nam Province. The event, part of the 2024 "Green Summer" volunteer campaign, aimed to raise legal awareness and understanding of conservation. Experts from GreenViet led the educational session, discussing the current status of endangered species - with a special focus on the Red-shanked Douc Langur—and highlighting the importance of community involvement in protecting them.
