The University of Danang announced the admission score according to the high school graduation exam results 2020: Focusing on the enrollment quality and the high chances of admission for candidates

On September 17th, the University of Danang (UD) had an Admissions Council meeting to announce the admission score into UD’s member universities and affiliated units according to the high school graduation exam results.

The IT majors had high admission scores

 

University of Science and Technology-UD (DDK) had 44 disciplines and training programs, the admission scores were from 15 to 18, in which 04 majors of Information Technology (IT) (high quality program - Japanese language; the unique high quality - corporate cooperation; specialized major - corporate cooperation; the unique high quality - corporate cooperation in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence) and Control Engineering and Automation had the highest admission score of 18. The average points of all majors increased from 01 to 03 points compared to 2019. The remaining majors were from 15 to 17.

University of Economics-UD (DDQ) had 18 disciplines, in which, there were 04 majors: Business Administration, Marketing, International Business and Hotel Management having the highest admission score (18). All 04 above majors increased 03 points compared to 2019. The remaining majors were 15 points.

Improving the training quality and focusing on

student-centered

 

University of Science and Education (DDS) had 36 disciplines, in which 17 majors relating to teachers training were from 17.5 to 18.5; the remaining majors had an admission score of 15 points.

University of Foreign Language Studies ​​(DDF) had 17 majors, in which 03 majors relating to teacher training had admission score of 18.5; majors in English Language, Japanese Language and Korean Language had an admission score of 17 points (increased 2 points compared to 2019). The remaining majors had an admission score of 15 points.

University of Technology and Education (DSK) had 15 majors, in which Automotive Engineering had the highest admission score of 17 points (up to 2 points compared to 2019), the next was IT with score of 16 points (an increase of 01 point compared to 2019). The remaining majors had an admission score of 15 points.

Giving learners a convenient, efficient and friendly learning environment

 

Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology-UD (VKU) and School of Information Communication and Technology (DDI) had 03 disciplines per unit (IT, Computer Engineering Technology and Business Administration) with the same admission score of 15 points.

School of Medicine and Pharmacy (DDY) had 04 majors, in which Medicine and Odonto-Stomatology had the highest admission score of 22 points, the next were Pharmacology with admission score of 21 points and Nursing with 19 points.

UD Campus in Kontum (DDP) had 09 majors with admission score from 14 to 18.5. The Primary Education had the highest score of 18.5. The remaining majors had an admission score of 14 (equal to 2019).

VN-UK Institute of Research and Executive Education (DDV) had 04 disciplines (International Business and Management, Computer Science Engineering, Biomedical Science and Data Science had scores of 17 points (increased 02 points compared to 2019).

It could be seen that the admission quality into UD’s member universities and affiliated units 2020 continued to be focused as well as the admission scores for most disciplines had increased (the average increased from 01 to 03 points compared to 2019). Majors relating to teacher training and health care complied with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on the admission score as well as ensured the high admission chances, benefits and aspirations for applicants.

 Finally, warmest congratulations to the contestants who had just taken the high school graduation exam with good results (phase 2), overcoming the difficulties caused by Covid-19 and becoming a new UD’s student 2020!
