Twenty years ago, the government officially designated October 13 each year as "Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day" (Decision No. 990/QĐ-TTg dated September 20, 2004), recognizing the significant contributions and efforts of the country's entrepreneurs in the cause of building and protecting the nation, especially in the process of economic development and integration.

Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day on October 13 ignites and enhances the tradition of patriotism, self-reliance, and resilience; it spreads the spirit of dynamism and creativity in economic development, contributes to social security, and helps realize the aspiration for a prosperous and strong Vietnam.

Over the course of 30 years of establishment and development (1994 - 2024), The University of Danang (UD) has clearly demonstrated its role and mission in training and providing high-quality human resources, serving as an important driving force and foundation for sustainable development.

UD has trained and supplied hundreds of thousands of officials, educators, scientists, experts, and entrepreneurs for the Central Highlands Region and the whole country. It is a source of pride that wherever one goes, former students of UD can be found holding key positions in agencies, organizations, businesses, and schools, participating in numerous large projects.
