The University of Danang – Campus in Kontum collaborated with partners to successfully organize the International Conference Commerce and Distribution - CODI 2022

On March 9, The University of Danang – Campus in Kontum (UD-CK) has cooperated with Chung Nam National University (Republic of Korea), University of Commerce and Quy Nhon University to successfully organized an international scientific conference on Commerce and Distribution-CODI 2022.

many scientists, experts, lecturers & entrepreneurs

 

This year's 3rd CODI Conference brings together more than 200 domestic and foreign scientists, experts, managers, entrepreneurs and lecturers to continue to create opportunities, a forum for academic exchange and new knowledge sharing in the field of  Commerce and Distribution, making sense in the context of integration, globalization and Industry 4.0.

Attending the Conference were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Hoang - Rector of University of Commerce, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Huu Duc - Chairman of the Council of the University of Commerce, Dr. Nguyen Phi Hung – Acting Director of UD-CK, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hien - Vice Rector of Quy Nhon University, Prof. Hee-Cheol Moon- Chung Nam National University (Republic of Korea), representatives of leading agencies, organizations, institutes, universities, faculties, partner enterprises and leaders, lecturers, graduate students and students of UD-CK.

The Conference was organized in combination of face-to-face and online with the Plenary session and 03 thematic sessions discuss 08 topics groups on scientific and topical significance including: (1) Digital transformation in enterprises for development Commerce and Distribution; (2) Market and customer behavior in the field of Commerce and Distribution; (3) Logistics in Commerce and Distribution; (4) Commerce and Distribution models, channels and bases of enterprises and systems in the global value chain;

 (5) Forecast of market prospects, proposals and recommendations on mechanisms and policies for enterprises; (6) Policies and laws on Commerce and Distribution for local, national and international economic development; (7) Brand development, communication and marketing in Commerce and Distribution; (8) Other relevant topics related to  Commerce and Distribution.

At the conference, there were nearly 200 scientific papers, presentations and reports, of which UD-CK had a discussion with the topic "Digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam" through which analyzed and evaluated the impact of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation of Vietnam's small and medium enterprises (MSc. Pham Thi Mai Quyen, lecturer at Faculty of Economics).

Speaking at the closing of the Conference, MA. Nguyen To Nhu - Vice Director of UD-CK sincerely thanked the support and participation of delegates, scientists, co-organized partners, agencies, organizations, associations, universities, institutes and businesses brought to the Conference research results, ideas and useful solutions to contribute to the development of the field of Commerce and Distribution in particular, promote the advantages of localities and regions as well as Vietnam in general in the process of international integration.
