Accompanying with the high-tech development in the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, Control and Automation Engineering are increasingly becoming an essential part, meeting the needs of modern life and production.

In order to meet the social needs and solve the "thirst" for high-quality human resources, the University of Danang-University of Science and Technology (UD-DUT) has actively cooperated with many large international and domestic corporations and enterprises, including ABB Robotics Vietnam, co-promoting the development of high-tech training industries.

According to the cooperation agreement between the two parties, ABB will sponsor the Robot Demo Station to UD-DUT for teaching, learning and researching; deploying the simulation application software of Robot Studio (including 01 server and 100 client computers) to help increasing opportunities for practicing and doing scientific research.

ABB would choose leading experts to accompany with UD-DUT to guide students in practicing; sharing knowledge, technology and experiences in designing and manufacturing robots; as well as sponsoring scholarships and receiving students in relevant disciplines to do internship.

Fujikin Corporation, Japan had just organized the opening ceremony of " Fujikin Da Nang Research, Development and Production Center " in Da Nang Hi-Tech Park. This was a project under the framework of cooperation between Fujikin Group and UD-DUT.

UD-DUT’s staff, lecturers and students would have the opportunity to cooperate with Fujikin’s experts and engineers to incubate and implement the research and application projects in the most advanced technology fields such as: Producing generations of intelligent robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, AI applications, energy devices using Hydrogen and Nano, etc., thereby continuing to commercialize the new products and technologies.

In the enrollment season 2023, UD - Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (UD-VKU) will open new training majors – Artificial Intelligence. This is a major providing the most advanced knowledge and technology, one of foundations of the 4.0 Revolution to create intelligent machine systems and production lines with computer models, techniques and technologies relating to AI applications.

UD- University of Technology and Education also expects to open a new training program- Robotics and AI.
