On the morning of April 14, at the second campus of The University of Danang - University of Technology and Education (UD-UTE) in the UD Urban Area, a signing ceremony for cooperation in the development of the Engineer Program oriented to work in Japan took place between UD-UTE and Esuhai Co., Ltd. This is an enterprise with rich experience, reputation and potential for orientation and skill training for human resources working in Japan.

Attending the ceremony were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phan Cao Tho - Rector of UD-UTE; Mr. Le Long Son-Director of Esuhai Co., Ltd; Dr. Phan Bao An - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the UD-UTE’s Council; leadership representatives in the Board of Rectors and units, departments and faculties of the two sides together with lecturers and students from related faculties.

According to a representative of the partner business, the goal of this cooperation program was to strengthen the connection for students, especially for training majors in the field of engineering and technology, which many Japanese enterprises interested domestically and internationally, there was a high demand for high-quality human resources.

Through the cooperation program, the university and enterprises will support to foster students with necessary skills such as Japanese language and culture, soft skills learning production management methods and modern business of enterprises; help students to have motivation, study attitude, cultivate skills to be ready to have the opportunity to adapt and integrate quickly in an international professional working environment.

With the connection between UD-UTE and Esuhai Company becoming more and more substantive and effective, narrowing the gap between training and practice, meeting the employment needs of learners and businesses, this was considered as a new mark to raise the level of university-enterprise cooperation, especially in the context that more and more Japanese businesses are directing of investment in Vietnam as well as attracting high-quality human resources to work in Japan.
