On January 5, 2025, University of Foreign Language Studies (UFLS) - The University of Danang (UD) held a "Matching Day." This event provided an opportunity for students majoring in Japanese Language to meet and learn from experts and entrepreneurs representing prestigious businesses in Da Nang.

According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Long, Rector of UD-UFLS , this is a highly beneficial activity that demonstrates the University's role as a bridge connecting the school with enterprises. These partners accompany and support students in building their professional toolkits and fostering an innovative spirit, aiming toward a professional and dedicated labor market for their future career development.

The University leadership stated that Matching Day serves as both a space to connect academic theory with practice and a forum to provide information on recruitment needs. It emphasizes that the University's students should not only be proficient in foreign languages but also cultivate soft skills, a proactive spirit, and a dedicated attitude toward learning and labor.

At the event, representatives from companies such as FPT Software, Gear Inc Vietnam, Suganuma Group, Murata Manufacturing, My Navi TechTus, Rikkeisoft, Hub Japan, and Japan Quality shared numerous job vacancies and insights on interviewing and recruitment for Japanese Language students. This remains a market that attracts high-quality human resources, with hundreds of opportunities and applications introduced and connected during the program.

On the same day, UD-UFL also organized a Creative Writing and Journalism Skills Enhancement Program for students of the Faculty of English and the Faculty of International Studies, thereby inspiring creativity and allowing students to learn from international speakers.
