UD-UTE received a sponsorship from Mitsubishi Motors

On March 30, 2026, a ceremony was held at The University of Da Nang - University of Technology and Education (UD-UTE) for the handover and receipt of a car donated by Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam to support the university's training and research activities.

According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Lê Hùng, President of the University, with nearly 65 years of tradition in application-oriented training and research, UD-UTE always places great importance on fostering collaboration with enterprises, especially in the fields of engineering and technology.

Expressing gratitude to Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam for sponsoring equipment to enhance the university's training and research capabilities, the President stated that the receiving this vehicle provides valuable opportunities for students to engage in hands-on practice and experience cutting-edge technology, thereby improving their professional competence and helping them integrate into modern industrial production.

According to Mr. Yanagawa Tomoki, General Director of Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam, as a leading automotive brand with over 30 years of investment and production in the country, the company has always aligned its mission and business interests with community well-being. Mitsubishi Motors is committed to contributing to society, particularly in the fields of education, training, and human resource development.

The leadership of Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam shared that through this sponsorship, they hope to provide students of the University of Technology and Education - UDN with direct access to advanced technological equipment. This initiative also aims to collaborate with the University in nurturing a new generation of young, dynamic, and eager-to-learn engineers who can master technology and meet the growing demands of the regional and international automotive industries.

According to Mr. Tran Diep Bao, General Director of Da Nang Automotive Co., Ltd - Mitsubishi Savico Da Nang, the company has donated a "Destinator" model to the University. This high-class, versatile 7-seater vehicle perfectly combines the powerful performance of an SUV with the comfort and flexibility of an MPV. Launched in late 2025, this model achieved impressive sales, with over 2,300 units sold in its first month, and is highly regarded for its superior new technologies and user-oriented features.

On this occasion, Mitsubishi Savico Da Nang also presented the University with 30 vehicle purchase vouchers and 30 service vouchers. The company aims to foster a sustainable partnership aligned with each party's mission, contributing positively to the community.
