From November 2 to 8, 2025, 20 students from the University of Danang (UD), Viet Nam - Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) joined the “Innovation & Intercultural Exchange Camp (IIEC)” in Bangkok, Thailand.

The activity is part of VKU’s cooperation with King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). The program aims to strengthen academic exchange, scientific research, and cultural interaction between Vietnamese and Thai students, helping participants broaden their horizons, foster creative thinking, and build competencies for a global work environment.

The 20 selected students represent the Faculty of Computer Science, the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Electronics, and the Faculty of Digital Economics and E-commerce. They are attending creative workshops, short-term research projects, cultural exchange sessions, and a range of experiential activities in Bangkok.

From November 2 to 6, 2025, five VKU students also participated in the K-Tech College 2025 program in the Republic of Korea, taking part in study visits and hands-on experiences. The itinerary includes tours of technology companies, meetings with startups and Korean experts, exposure to advanced software development models, and observation of global corporate culture—practical experiences that enhance career readiness and expand international job prospects.

From November 10 to 14, 2025, VKU is scheduled to send another cohort of 20 students to the “Hanwha Life Future Plus Korean Invitational Program” in the Republic of Korea. Organized by Hanwha Life Korea, the program introduces students to Korea’s leading innovation and fintech ecosystem, with site visits to enterprises, research centers, and startup hubs—broadening career perspectives and strengthening global skills.

Each trip and international program serves not only as a platform for advancing technical knowledge, soft skills, and foreign languages, but also as a journey of growth—where students experience, discover, and affirm themselves in a competitive and creative international environment.
