On January 6, 2026, the University of Danang - Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (UD-VKU) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with Connexus Technology.

According to Dr. Tran The Son, Vice Rector of UD-VKU, strengthening collaboration with enterprises is one of the University’s strategic priorities. This partnership model enables VKU to better understand industry needs while creating more opportunities for students to study, conduct research, and develop their future careers.

Acknowledging the significance of the partnership with Connexus Technology, UD-VKU leadership emphasized that the University consistently upholds its pioneering role in supplying high-quality human resources to the labor market, particularly in key fields such as semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs), digital technologies, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, Chairwoman of Connexus Technology, stated that the company highly values UD-VKU’s training capacity and academic research strengths, as well as its proactive engagement with enterprises to keep pace with market demands and emerging trends.

Connexus Technology also expressed its commitment to partnering with UD-VKU to support students in gaining practical experience and to jointly develop application-oriented projects in semiconductor IC technology and AI.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), both parties will coordinate various academic exchange activities and specialized seminars on semiconductor ICs and AI, while sharing updates on emerging technology trends to promote research collaboration. Connexus Technology will appoint experts to share practical experience with UD-VKU students, providing access to professional industrial environments. The company will also support students in conducting research projects and publishing scientific works in areas aligned with its strengths.

Both parties prioritize R&D cooperation and will implement joint research projects toward sustainable development goals.

A key highlight of the agreement is that UD-VKU will recommend outstanding students for employment opportunities at Connexus Technology. In return, Connexus Technology will provide consultation, accept student interns, and offer trainee engineer positions, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.
