UD-VNUK signed MOU with the Vietnamese Intellectual Society in the UK and Ireland

On 30 July 2025, the University of Danang – VN-UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (UD-VNUK) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Vietnamese Intellectual Society in the United Kingdom and Ireland (VIS).

VIS unites Vietnamese professionals, scientists, and scholars who work and study in universities, research institutes, and businesses across the UK and Ireland. The society aims to foster scientific, educational, and innovation-driven development.

Under the agreement, VNUK and VIS will collaborate to promote academic growth and innovation capacity among faculty and students, strengthen international connections, and facilitate exchanges of scholars, students, and researchers. The partnership will also support joint conferences, research projects, knowledge transfer, and innovation activities at VNUK and throughout Danang.

The signing ceremony took place during the Da Nang Innovation Start-up Festival (SURF 2025) at the National Assembly Guest House. According to UD-VNUK representatives, the event underscores the institute’s commitment to global integration and innovation and creates new opportunities for its staff, faculty, and students.
