Recently, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Son - Vice President of the University of Danang (UD) chaired the meeting with Mr. Glass Roderick John - Principal Research Fellow at Response Research and Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Deputy General Director of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG). Attending the meeting, there were also representatives of UD’s relevant departments (International Cooperation, Student Affairs).

At the meeting, Vice President Le Quang Son warmly welcomed the leaders of IPPG Group to visit and work with UD as well as introduced the overview and highlights of UD, thereby opening a great opportunity for the two sides to introduce, exchange and understand the needs for cooperation in the upcoming time, including: training cooperation to provide high-qualified human resources; fostering soft skills, career orientation and job and  internship support for students.

Mr. Glass Roderick John shared information about Response Group and IPPG as well as their needs in looking for Vietnamese prestigious universities to co-develop short-term training and soft skills courses, thereby providing many internship and job opportunities for students.

At the end of the meeting, the leaders of the two sides highly acknowledged suggestions and agreed on the direction of cooperation in designing and building short-term training programs with appropriate and effective methods (including face-to-face/online courses) to help students developing soft skills to meet the needs of the global labor market.
