VEES-NET is a network created to further develop the close cooperation between Vietnamese higher education institutions in the framework of Erasmus+ project “Strengthening the Vietnamese Higher Education System to improve graduates’ employability and entrepreneurship skills” (V2WORK)  

VEES-NET is made up of 08 founding members namely Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Industrial University of Vinh, The University of Danang – University of Technology and Education, Nha Trang University, Tay Nguyen University, VNUHCM - University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Thu Dau Mot University and Tra Vinh University

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vo Trung Hung has been appointed as a member of VEES-NET Trustee Board term 2020-2023. 

The Launching Ceremony of VEES-NET

The Objectives of VEES-NET shall be to further and support employability & entrepreneurship efforts among higher education institutions. Such work includes (1) To promote the employability of young higher education graduates; (2) To promote the spirit and entrepreneurial capacity of higher education students and graduates; (3) To focus on valuing soft skills for greater employability, in particular by identifying gaps in the labor market and recent graduates; (4) To increase knowledge of the dynamics of insertion in the labor market; (5) To develop a cooperative and complementary logic among network members with a view to maximizing the existing resources in each institution; (6) To strengthen the ties between the labor market and higher education institutions by promoting cooperation actions between the two, with a view of improving the higher education institutions’ understanding of the labor market needs.

VEES-NET shall connect and support members to collaborate, optimize resources and strengthen labor market engagement through enhancement of understanding and outreach of relevant universities to meet the needs of the labor market, foster the spirit of entrepreneurship, match needs of learners, businesses and society.
