Recently, two students from The University of Danang (UD) - University of Economics (DUE) Phan Thi Khanh Quynh from the Department of Marketing (Class 49K31.1) and Le Huynh Ly Na from the Department of International Business (Class 51K01.2-E) were honored to receive scholarships to participate in the international student exchange, study, and research program at MacEwan University (Canada).

According to the university, Phan Thi Khanh Quynh was awarded a scholarship worth 10,200 CAD to participate in the 2027 Winter Semester, while Le Huynh Ly Na received a scholarship worth 15,900 CAD to join the exchange program for the 2026 Fall Semester and the 2027 Winter Semester.

According to a representative from the UD Department of Science and International Cooperation, this is the SEED-2 Scholarship funded by Global Affairs Canada (the Government of Canada). It aims to provide international students with opportunities to participate in short-term academic exchange and research programs at Canadian universities, covering essential study and living expenses, international travel, visas, tuition, living allowances, and other related costs.

This achievement also reflects the practical cooperation between UD and MacEwan University (Canada), offering UD students valuable opportunities to study, enhance their qualifications, and experience an advanced educational environment.

To achieve this success, the students continuously strove in their academic studies and training, actively participated in scientific research and community activities, and honed their foreign language proficiency and soft skills for international integration.

This is also an opportunity for students to not only broaden their horizons, knowledge, and skills, but also to contribute to spreading the reputation and academic prestige of their university and UD to international friends and partners.
