On May 11, 2025, a delegation from the University of Danang - University of Science and Education (UD-UED) visited and held working meetings with Yonsei University and Kookmin University in the Republic of Korea to promote and expand cooperative relationships.

According to Dr. Dinh Thi My Hanh, Vice Rector of UD-UED, the University consistently prioritizes expanding partnerships with prestigious international institutions such as Yonsei University, which is highly ranked among the Top 200 universities worldwide.

During the visit to Yonsei University, the UD-UED delegation introduced the University’s strengths, potential, and development strategies. The delegation also shared its expectations and proposed orientations for collaboration in undergraduate and postgraduate training through high-quality academic programs, aiming to expand international learning opportunities for students and graduate learners.

At Kookmin University, the two sides discussed a training model that combines one year of Korean language study with 1.5 years of specialized academic training. They also proposed a “pipeline” training pathway for students, designed to guide learners from high school to achieving TOPIK level 3 or higher, enabling them to transfer to universities in Korea for further study.

These discussions provide a foundation for UD-UED, Yonsei University, and Kookmin University to move toward signing cooperation agreements, thereby promoting international integration and sustainable development.
