On October 7, 2025, the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in organizing the VietTESOL International Conference 2026 took place at University of Foreign Languages, The University of Danang (UFLS). 

The ceremony was attended by the university’s Board of Rectors, representatives from various faculties and departments as well as leaders of the VietTESOL Association.

According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Long, Rector of UD-UFLS, the university is honored to once again be selected by VietTESOL to host the VietTESOL International Conference in 2026. 

With extensive experience in organizing large-scale academic events, our professional team will work closely with the Association to ensure the conference’s success, thereby enhancing the reputation of English research and teaching in Vietnam.

According to President of VietTESOL Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoa, VietTESOL International Conference is not only a scholarly platform for exchanging knowledge but also a bridge connecting the English teaching community both domestically and internationally, aiming towards greater professionalism and comprehensive digital transformation.”

The signing ceremony represents an important starting point in the preparation for one of the most prestigious and large-scale conferences on English language teaching in Vietnam. 

Both parties agreed to cooperate closely, mobilize maximum resources, and apply digital technology throughout the organizational process, with the goal of delivering a professional, modern, and high-quality event for nearly 1,000 expected participants.
