UD’s students awarded Marvell Vietnam Excellence Scholarship 2025 in microchip technology

Four students from University of Science and Technology - The University of Danang have been awarded the prestigious Marvell Vietnam Excellence Scholarship 2025, recognizing their outstanding achievements in the field of microchip technology. The awards were presented at a ceremony recently held in Ho Chi Minh City.

The recipients are Tran Thi Thanh Nga, Nguyen Vu Thinh Anh (both from class 21DT1), Ngo Thi Thuy Hang (21DT2), and Le Khac Nghia (23DT3), all from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. 

These students successfully passed three rounds of selection to earn the scholarships, which included two scholarships worth $2,000 each and two scholarships worth $500 each. In addition, Marvell covered all round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation expenses for the students during their participation in the event.

Now in its third year, the Marvell Vietnam Excellence Scholarship is part of Marvell Technology’s commitment to corporate social responsibility. The scholarship is awarded annually to outstanding university students nationwide, particularly those in their second to fourth years, who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance and active involvement in community and extracurricular activities within the engineering and technology sectors.

Beyond financial assistance, the scholarship offers recipients valuable opportunities, including internships, hands-on experience, and potential recruitment at Marvell - one of the world’s leading semiconductor technology corporations.
