The imprints in the process of international integration of University of Foreign Languages Studies (UFLS) - The University of Danang (UD) are clear testaments to the dynamism, innovation and enhancement of international cooperation efficiency, which continues to affirm the prestige and brand of UFLS.

UFLS is among the pioneering universities that strive to achieve international quality and create many opportunities for staff, lecturers, especially students to study, research and deeply integrate into the academic environment of prestigious foreign partner universities.

UFLS's leaders worked with the representative from the Japanese Embassy.

Recently, the leaders of UFLS have received and worked with Mr. Sugimoto Daisuke - Third Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam. At the meeting, the two sides discussed the key cooperation initiatives with Japanese universities to develop joint international training programs, increase overseas study and career opportunities for students.

In particular, the two sides exchanged views and agreed to prioritize the cooperation to improve the training of high quality and Japanese-fluent human resources, create opportunities for lecturers and students to go exchange in Japanese cities such as: Mimasaka (Okayama Prefecture), Sakai (Osaka Prefecture), Nagasaki (Nagasaki Prefecture), etc.

Previously, UFLS hosted and worked with Mrs. Ou Chi-hsi - Educational Secretary of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City, thereby discussing the cooperation programs to organize the Chinese language proficiency examination as well as offer students opportunities to study and work abroad after their graduation.

UFLS regularly holds a number of exchange programs to send students to study, exchange culture and language at prestigious international universities in Taiwan (China), Singapore, Japan, Thailand, etc. From 2019 up to now, the University has sent abroad 72 students including 20 ones interned at Japanese companies, 29 interned in Thailand and the rest had their internship in Taiwan (China), etc.

UFLS has received more than 150 international students from countries such as South Korea, Japan, USA, France, China, Australia, Singapore, Switzerland, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos as well as distant African countries like Zimbabwe, Ghana, Nigeria, etc. to exchange and study at the University.

Recently, the University held the closing ceremony of student exchange program with the Guangxi University for Nationalities (China). This was an international training course that took place from September 2019 to June 2020 within the framework of cooperation between the two universities. During this program, UFLS received 67 students from the Chinese partner to study and exchange culture.
